WebI rented the car from ECONOMY RENT A CAR in Orlando, FL. When I was driving one day, I saw the toll booth but I did not see any person inside. The toll was $0.59. I left $1 bill which I pushed into the slot. I was charge by the ECONOMY RENT A CAR - $20 (administrative fee) for not paying a few cents ($0.59) toll fee!!!
